Youngjae

Choi Youngjae is one of the members of the -pop boy group GOT7 created by JYP Entertainment. He is the main vocalist of the group. After training for 7 months, Youngjae made his official debut on January 16, 2014, as a GOT7 member. They released the track Girls Girls Girls. His group became of the most popular k-pop boy groups of their generation. The group is known for its tracks Girls Girls Girls, Just Right, Look, If You Do, Hard Carry, and more. GOT7 is both popular local and international. Since their debut, GOT7 has sold over 4 million albums. In 2015, Youngjae made his acting debut through the drama Dream Knight. He also made songs for GOT7 and even collaborated with foreign artists such as Elliot Yamin, and more. In 2019, he also debuted in the subunit of GOT7 called Jus2. He worked with leader JayB in the subunit. Aside from these, Youngjae also ventured into hosting and singing for drama OSTs. In 2020, he starred in the Netflix original sitcom titled So Not Worth it. In 2021, GOT7’s contract expired. No one from the members renewed their contracts with GOT7. Youngjae moved to Sublime Artist Agency. Although GOT7 members are no longer part of JYP Entertainment, the member reassured fans that GOT7 will still continue as a group. In the same year, Youngjae joined the drama Love & Wish and also debuted as a musical actor in Midnight Sun. In October 2021, Youngjae officially debuted as a solo with the EP Colors From Ars.
