Kim Jae Hwan is a soloist and a former member of Wanna One. In 2012, he joined Korea’s Got Talent 2 and became a semifinalist. In 2016, he also joined the music program Vocal War: God's Voice. He has been pursuing music for several years. Before he became an official soloist, he became more known after joining the survival program Produce 101 Season 2. He captured the hearts of the viewers with his singing. In the end, he entered the top 11 spots and became part of the temporary boy group Wanna One. He made his debut on August 7, 2017, together with 10 other trainees. From 2017 until 2018, he was promoted as a member of Wanna One. The group became very successful and they were hired left and right. Their albums garnered hundreds of thousands of sales. In December 2018, the temporary group officially comes to an end and disbanded. When Kim Jae Hwan started out in the industry, he doesn’t have an agency. After Wanna One, he signed under Swing Entertainment, the same agency that managed the temporary group. In May 2019, Kim Jae Hwan officially debuted as a solo artist. He released his album Another. His second EP was released in December 2019. In 2021, he released two albums such as Change and The Letter. Now that Kim Jae Hwan is promoting as a solo, he is still active in guesting on several music programs.
